The longer my studio doors are open, the more popular my one-year shoots become—and it’s such a joy! One of my favourite parts of this work is welcoming back little ones I photographed as newborns. Watching them grow over the year, seeing their personalities take shape—it’s incredibly special.

Recently, Grace joined me for her one-year milestone session. These shoots are always full of movement, giggles  and sweet moments. I focus on capturing a mix of close-ups, how your little one moves (whether they’re crawling or walking), and of course, those priceless smiles. My trusty net curtains and a game of peekaboo never fail to delight and Grace was no exception—her big, beautiful eyes and expressions were just stunning!
